On Friday evening, Sekhukhune United will be looking to extend their winning run to four consecutive games when they host Swallows FC at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in the DStv Premiership.
Sekhukhune United have been on a remarkable run since the arrival of head coach Brandon Truter. The team have won their last three games, including a narrow 1-0 win over Kaizer Chiefs last Saturday.
This has seen them move up to seventh on the table with 21 points. A win on Friday could see them leapfrog Chiefs in fourth place. Swallows FC, meanwhile, have had mixed results since the arrival of head coach Ernst Middendorp.
They have picked up four points from their last four games, with their last result being a goalless draw against TS Galaxy this past Sunday. This has left them in 14th place.
The teams last met in August last year, with Swallows coming out on top with a 2-1 win. Sekhukhune will be looking to turn the tables when the two sides meet on Friday evening.
