On Sunday, Orlando Pirates’ striker coach Scott Chickelday commented on the notable progress made by the club since his arrival. After his appointment, the Buccaneers have scored seven goals from their last two matches in the DStv Premiership.
The team won both matches against Golden Arrows (3-1) and Stellenbosch FC (4-1) to move up to fourth on the standings. Following the impressive victory against Stellies, where Thabang Monare, Innocent Maela, Kermit Erasmus and Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo scored the goals, Chickelday expressed his delight.
