Sundowns crush Pirates, SuperSport shock Chiefs in DStv Premiership

Mamelodi Sundowns put an end to Orlando Pirates’ six-game winning run after a 4-2 drubbing at Giant Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Jerome Karelse’s brace, along with goals from Thato Matli and Sipho Maluleke, secured the win for the Brazilians. Njabulo Mndebele and Mohau Nkota scored for Pirates.

SuperSport United moved up to third on the table after beating Kaizer Chiefs 2-0 on Sunday afternoon. Shandre Campbell and Dan Tshimanga scored for Matsatsantsa to secure the victory.
