TS Galaxy are currently 15th on the log with 11 points from 14 matches. On Tuesday night, TS Galaxy were unable to break their winless streak in the DStv Premiership after going down 2-1 to league leaders Mamelodi Sundowns at Mbombela Stadium.
Rushine de Reuck and Peter Shalulile scored for the visitors, with the Rockets only able to pull one back through a goal from Siphelele Ntshangase. After the match, TS Galaxy head coach Sead Ramovic praised the Sundowns technical team for their tactics and structure.
He said, “I have to give the coaching team from Sundowns a huge credit, how they prepare the team, a lot of structure, fantastic players. You know you also need a coach to put the right things and so a huge credit to the coaching team and also for a fair tough game.”
Ramovic went on to add that despite the defeat, his side were still on the right track and just needed to improve on a few details. “We, I think we also played well. We tried after the 1-0 to try come back and score. We tried everything we could. Of course small details we still have to improve. But we’re on a good way, we also scored, it’s the right step in the right direction. I give respect and credit to my team. We will soon win the next games. I have absolutely no doubt and we will still fight for top eight.”
TS Galaxy currently sit 15th on the DStv Premiership log with 11 points from 14 matches. They will be hoping to turn their fortunes around when they face Chippa United on Sunday
