With the January transfer window set to close in a matter of hours, Kaizer Chiefs have made a last-ditch attempt to sign Mduduzi Mdantsane from Cape Town City. Mdantsane, who came through Chiefs’ development ranks, has been a top goal scorer for City over the last two seasons, but is understood to have fallen out of favour at the club.
Chiefs are said to have expressed an interest in the pint-sized star, and City are reportedly open to offers for the playmaker. It is not the first time Chiefs have been linked with Mdantsane, but with the transfer window set to close, this could be their last chance to secure the player’s signature.
