The Nedbank Cup last 16 fixtures were revealed on Wednesday evening after the draw was conducted. The defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns advanced to the next round with a victory over Richards Bay FC.
Kaizer Chiefs needed extra-time to see off Maritzburg United, while Orlando Pirates overcame a resilient All Stars side. The biggest shock of the round saw ABC Motsepe League side Dondol Stars come from behind to defeat SuperSport United.
Pirates will face lower league opposition again as they host Venda Football Academy in the round of 16. The Premier Soccer League will announce the dates and venues in due course.
