Saturday has seen yet another potential coaching change
in the PSL, as pressure mounts on Royal AM’s coach Thwihli Thwahla. This
follows the earlier departure of Sekhukhune United’s Morgan Gould and
Johan Abselon earlier in the season.
Royal AM have had a difficult start to the season, winning only two of
their nine matches and currently sitting 14th on the log. This has led to
a growing concern from management, with the team also being knocked out of
the Carling Knockout in the opening round by Sekhukhune.
The KwaZulu-Natal outfit are preparing for their next match against Golden
Arrows, hoping for their first win since August. Thwahla is under pressure
to ensure that three points are achieved.
Meanwhile, head coach Brandon Truter of Sekhukhune United is expected to
oversee the next match against TS Galaxy in the Carling Knockout this
coming weekend, despite earlier reports linking him with an exit from
Babina Noko.
