The Premier Soccer League (PSL) have confirmed the dates and venues for the Nedbank Cup round of 16 fixtures.
The defending champions, Mamelodi Sundowns, will kick-start the next round on Thursday, 2 March away to Marumo Gallants. Both Sundowns and Gallants have been involved in CAF competitions over the past couple of weekends, with Sundowns currently in the semi-finals of the CAF Champions League.
Kaizer Chiefs will be back at the FNB Stadium for the round of 16 as they face Motsepe Foundation Championship side Casric Stars on Sunday. Orlando Pirates are also on home soil this time around, with Jose Riveiro’s side facing a second-tier side for the second round in a row.
The round of 16 fixtures will see a number of teams from different divisions compete, with Dondol Stars, Sekhukhune United, Mpheni Home Defenders, Venda Football Academy, TS Galaxy and Stellenbosch FC all vying for a spot in the quarter-finals.
