It appears that Sibusiso Vilakazi may have to wait a little longer to
secure his next contract in the DStv Premiership. The former Mamelodi
Sundowns and TS Galaxy midfielder has been training with Sekhukhune United
for a little over a week, after his unceremonious exit from the Rockets.
At this stage, Sekhukhune have yet to open talks with Vilakazi and his
representatives regarding a contract, though head coach Brandon Truter is
an admirer of the experienced attacking midfielder.

Vilakazi’s agent Mike Makaab has confirmed that the club have yet to
express an interest in the player via a contract. With just under three
months before the end of the season, Sekhukhune will need to decide
whether to bring the player on board this term or wait for the new
campaign before securing his signature.
At present, the Siya crew understands that there are no other concrete
offers for the former Bidvest Wits captain.
