On Saturday evening, Orlando Pirates will make the trip to the Western Cape to take on Cape Town City in the DStv Premiership. Pirates will be looking to get back to winning ways after a disappointing start to the season, having lost their last two games against arch-rivals Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns. The Buccaneers currently sit in fifth place on the table, 18 points behind log-leaders Sundowns.

Pirates have bolstered their squad with the signings of Craig Martin and Ndumiso Mabena, both of whom are eligible to face their former side. Meanwhile, City have had a mixed start to the season, having beaten Royal AM 2-1 before narrowly losing 1-0 to SuperSport United on Tuesday. As a result, Eric Tinkler’s side are 11th on the standings with 16 points, two points from the top eight spot.
The two teams could not be separated last season, with both league encounters ending in draws. Saturday’s clash promises to be an exciting one, with both teams looking to get all three points.
