The Soweto giants created a number of chances in the game, but were unable to find the back of the net. Head coach Arthur Zwane was pleased with the effort of his side, but was disappointed that they were unable to capitalize on their chances.
He felt that his side should have been awarded a penalty in the second half, but the referee did not see the incident. Zwane made a number of substitutions in the second half in an attempt to get back into the game, and he felt that the changes improved the side going forward.
Despite their best efforts, they were unable to find an equalizer.
