Orlando Pirates are set to be bolstered by the imminent return of a key defender who has been absent from recent matches. Olisa Ndah, 24, has featured in 16 matches in all competitions this season, but has been sidelined due to an undisclosed injury.
According to a source close to the club, Ndah is close to making his way back to coach Jose Riveiro’s team. “He is doing well and will soon be back to continue where he left off with his progress in the team,” said the source.
“It’s not a major setback and soon he will be available for the coach and his technical team to decide on his selection. He has done well since joining the club and he is looking forward to continuing when he returns,” the source added.

Ndah joined the Buccaneers from Nigerian topflight side Akwa United in 2021 and has since become a crucial figure for the team.
