Ntseki Dismisses Speculation About His Future with Chiefs

Saturday, saw Molefi Ntseki open up on his future as Kaizer Chiefs head
coach following yet another cup elimination, this time at the hands of
AmaZulu. It has been a turbulent four months at the helm of the Glamour
Boys for Ntseki, with fans having turned on the coach on three separate
occasions by hurling missiles at him following a loss, an action that has
come at a cost for the club and could have further consequences.

Chiefs currently sit in eighth place on the Premiership standings and have
been dumped out of the MTN8 as well as the Carling Knockout, with the
Nedbank Cup seemingly their last hope of a trophy in this campaign.

Speaking to the media after their loss to Usuthu, Ntseki opened up on his
future, although playing his cards quite close to his chest in his
response.

“I don’t think it’s a question that needs to be answered now. I’m employed
by the club and we have technical conversations, we look into incidents
like this and we look at what are the possibilities going forward,” he
told journalists. “But for you to ask a question to say, ‘how do I see my
future at Kaizer Chiefs?’ I don’t think it is the platform for us to
entertain that question,” he concluded.
