The Kaizer Chiefs have parted ways with Molefi Ntseki, the club’s coach
for the past four months, after a run of poor results. Ntseki leaves the
club with the third lowest win rate of any Amakhosi coach in the PSL era, at
33% (league games only).
Kosta Papic and Giovanni Solinas, who are both tied on 29%, have the second
lowest win rate at the Soweto giants. Papic spent only three months at the
Glamour Boys from March 2007, while Solinas spent four months at the
Naturena-based side from August 2018 to December 2018.
Former mentor Gavin Hunt has the worst win rate at Chiefs, at 21%. Hunt had
an eight-month spell in charge from September 2020 to May 2021.
The club has yet to announce Ntseki’s replacement, but they will be hoping
for better results than those achieved under their former coach.
