Ntseki Celebrates the Comeback of Key Star

On Saturday, Kaizer Chiefs coach Molefi Ntseki praised Keagan Dolly for
showing character when he made his return to the pitch after a six-month
injury layoff.

Dolly was introduced in the second half of Amakhosi’s 1-0 defeat to Cape
Town City at FNB Stadium, and although the result was not ideal, the
former Mamelodi Sundowns player showed glimpses of brilliance as he tried
to get the hosts back on level terms.

Speaking after the game, Ntseki said: “When it comes to Dolly coming back
from an injury of over six months…I think it was a good thing for him to
come in today to have a taste of how life is on the pitch. He came in and
showed character and he showed a high level of tactical understanding of
the game. It’s just that his influence did not get a goal. But I think
when you have your top players coming back from injuries, it helps the
team and it gives confidence. Dolly, being the leader that he is, it was
very important for us to have him back.”

The defeat to City saw Amakhosi remain in seventh position on the
Premiership standings, 13 points behind leaders Mamelodi Sundowns.

Ntseki will be hoping Dolly can play a key role in getting them
consistent results and help the team move up the table.
