On Saturday afternoon, Orlando Pirates secured a 3-1 victory over Golden Arrows at the Orlando Stadium in the DStv Premiership.
Monnapule Saleng opened the scoring for the Buccaneers with a first-time shot at the near post from a deflected cross by Bandile Shandu just before the half-hour mark.

The visitors equalised shortly after the water break, as Velemseni Ndwandwe found the back of the net with a deflected shot in the box after he was setup by Knox Mutizwa.
However, Pirates restored their lead in stoppage time as Terrence Dzvukamanja scored a free header from close range after a cross by Saleng. Vincent Pule then sealed the win for the home side with a strike over goalkeeper Sifiso Mlungwana after going clear on goal.
The result sees Pirates move up to fourth place on the log, while Arrows remain in ninth position.
