After the game, Rockets’ head coach Sead Ramovic’s post-match comments

refusing to conduct a post-match interview, however, Ramovic has now
revealed that his comments were cut off and censored by SuperSport TV as
he was discussing the Israel-Palestine conflict. Speaking to Marawa Sports
Worldwide, Ramovic said: “The last six days it was not easy for me, for my
staff, because we had to prepare but on the other hand in your private
life you can see the sad pictures, videos, what is happening in Palestine.
Before the game I asked the SuperSport guys that I would like to talk
about it and I’ll like to talk about humanity, they did not allow me.”
The PSL has a complainant media manual, where coaches are mandated to
speak to the media after the game.
In 2018, former Free State Stars coach Luc Eymael was charged by the PSL
for failing to attend a post-match interview and was fined R100, 000,
which was suspended for 24 months, after he reached a plea bargain with
the league.
