Sundowns Vs Petro: AFL Broadcast Details Emerge

Kaizer Chiefs head coach Molefi Ntseki has opened up on the mounting
pressure from supporters to win their first trophy in eight years.
Amakhosi have not won a trophy since 2012 and the pressure is mounting on
Ntseki to deliver success to the Glamour Boys.

Ntseki is fully aware of the pressure that comes with the position and
believes he has the capabilities and knowledge to turn things around.
Chiefs will open their Carling Knockout campaign when they host AmaZulu in
the round of 16 on Saturday evening and Ntseki is adamant that he can
bring success to the club.

“When you take this position and even when I was appointed Bafana Bafana
coach, I was fully aware of the pressure that comes with this position and
even this one is the same,” Ntseki said in a press conference. “But you
can’t relegate yourself to a loser when you know you’ve got the
capabilities and the knowledge to turn things around. I think it’s the
knowledge and the information that I have that we’re working very hard to
turn things around at Kaizer Chiefs.”

Ntseki also addressed the notion of patience, suggesting that it is not
only about the result but the process of integrating a new team. He
believes that the club has made a strong stance in acquiring the technical
team and the players, and that it is a process.

“Starting this season with so much pressure, especially coming from the
previous season, not only last season, the previous seasons, I think the
club has made a very strong stance in acquiring the technical team and the
players, it’s a process,” he said.
